TLB Private Office is a founder-led property practice, active since 2023, concerned with the stewardship, acquisition and disposition of significant land and estate interests.The Office acts selectively in matters concerning privately held land, development property and substantial estate interests. Each matter is considered individually and conducted in confidence.The practice combines founder-led strategic direction with longstanding family experience in land and commerce, supported by established relationships across Thailand and the United Kingdom.Where appropriate, the Office works alongside legal advisers, surveyors, valuers, planning consultants and selected correspondent firms engaged for the particular matter.The Office does not maintain a public register of land or estate interests. Information concerning active acquisition and disposition matters is circulated privately, on a need-to-know basis, to selected counterparties and professional advisers.
