The Land Book Private Office is an independent private office established in 2023 for the stewardship, acquisition and disposition of significant land and estate interests.The Office acts for a deliberately limited number of principals in matters concerning privately held land, development property and cross-jurisdictional holdings. Engagements are undertaken individually and conducted in confidence.Its practice combines founder-led strategic direction with longstanding family knowledge of land, senior commercial experience and established professional relationships across Thailand.Where appropriate, the Office works alongside legal advisers, surveyors, valuers, planning consultants and selected correspondent firms retained for the particular matter.The Office does not maintain a public register of land or estate interests. Information concerning current acquisition and disposition matters is circulated privately, on a need-to-know basis, to qualified counterparties and retained advisers.
